Item ships within 5 days of the payment clearance.
**If an item is damaged in shipping: Please take a picture of the box before you open it and email it to us. A damaged box would indicate that the item may have been damaged in shipping. This allows us to recover some of our costs. A full refund will be given in the same form of payment recieved in this instance.
Otherwise: Item must be returned within 7 days of receipt and refund will be for item cost only. We have a 30 day guarantee of workmanship; an item may be returned for repair at no cost within this time frame.
